How will bloom continue to meet current and future demands?

We are working towards a wider plan to provide a combination of social & affordable bedrooms, with a forecasted growth rate of 200 – 400 additional rooms per annum.

Why does Bloom do the work they do?

Across the group, we believe that no matter your circumstance you should be able to have a safe, quality home. With a dual focus of building new properties and refurbishing tired buildings - Our aim is to continue to reduce the U. K’s housing shortage across the Social, Affordable and Private rental sectors.

How does Bloom hope to measure its performance to date?

We measure everything we do, by listening to our tenants, calculating our Social Return on Investment and by benchmarking our own compliance performance indicators against industry benchmarks.
