Prior to joining Bloom, Clare has had a successful career in regulated activity within the Care industry. Clare is one of many Housing Officers who works in an extremely dynamic role assisting the;

• Support team

The role is person centred and is all about the tenant. Helping occupants feel at home and familiar with the various departments within Bloom. The role requires providing intensive housing management and demonstrating what good looks like to Bloom’s Housing Officer team and focusses on the quality assurance aspect of the properties.
