I moved to a Bloom property in 2021 and my life has completely changed since. I came here as a social housing tenant and within 10 months, I am now a private tenant. Due to me stable residency, I have been able to get a stable full-time job. The AST provided to me gave me housing security and the confidence to get a career doing something I love. The Bloom team members have helped me no end, with repairs and paying my rent on time. I enjoy living here and finally have somewhere to call home.

I found myself in a sticky situation after leaving an abusive relationship. I was housed within one of Blooms properties in January 2022 and Bloom have helped me gain support from charities and other agencies since then, as well as always being on the end of the phone to assist me. When I started a new job working from home, Bloom went above and beyond to make sure the Wi-Fi strength was the best it could be and provided boosters to ensure it reached my room. I feel safe here, and I have been able to make a life for myself because of my new home.
