Our rental schemes are long term investments, it provides tenants with the peace of mind, that a new landlord will be vacating the property the future.
Our AST’s will enable the flexibility required if our tenants will need to move onto their next adventure, suitable for working professionals.
We accommodate for all levels of income, and we understand how difficult it can be to get onto the property ladder. Renting can be a convenient alternative for tenants.
We usually let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) which last for six months. At the end of six months the tenancy can either be renewed or ended. At the end of the tenancy if we wish to terminate the agreement, we must give you two months’ notice by serving a 'Section 21 notice'. If you wish to leave the property, you must give one months’ notice.
Yes, we use external agencies to reference all new private tenants.
If you are on a low income or benefits you may qualify for housing benefit. In the private rented sector, it is called Local Housing Allowance (LHA) and no matter what rent the landlord charges the rent that Housing Benefit will pay you will be based on the LHA rate and the number of rooms you need.

We have a legal obligation to repair and maintain the property while it is being rented and ensure that it is fit to live in. Generally, we will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the structure and exterior of the property, making sure that hot water installations and the water supply are working and that the installations to provide gas and electricity to the property are safe and working. You can find out more information about repairs on your tenancy agreement.
